Leadership at SpringWell:
Once community is established and you are connected into a
home group, the group finds a natural place to serve in a foyer environment, and not only do you serve together, but you as the leader of that
home group would be responsible for leading in every way. Here at SpringWell, our
home groups are the foundation by which everything happens, including establishing our leadership.
Interested in developing authentic Christian relationships and experiencing spiritual growth? Why not become a home group leader? A leader simply facilitates discussion and sharing between a group of people who are also searching for connection in the church body. If you are curious about leading a home group or you’re ready to lead a home group in 2008, please attend our orientation
on January 23rd to fully understand the role. If you are unable to attend
our next orientation but would like to discuss leading a home group, please contact
